Many wildlife problems in the Guthrie area occur in town.
The area there has a large number of rental properties and investors fixing up homes
that have been vacant for undetermined lengths of time. These vacant homes are attractive to invading
wildlife looking for shelter. By being vacant they allow the wildlife problem to grow unnoticed over time.
