Beavers are a common problem
in the Yukon area.
In Yukon, skunks, squirrels and raccoons ere common complaints.
Because of the North Canadian River and other small bodies of water beavers chewing down trees and making dams were also a common issue for residents.
The majority of homes and businesses in Yukon having problems are 1970's or newer homes, whereas, the older homes tend to have fewer problems. Other problems seen a lot in Yukon are prairie dogs, which will also bring with them snakes, mice, rats and skunks that will live in burrows that the prairie dogs no longer use. Snakes can also be a common problem because of the river.
